Former Governor of Mississippi
The 64th Governor of Mississippi from 2012 to 2020, championing limited government, healthcare freedom, and economic development. A former state auditor and respected voice in Republican policy circles, he brings deep federal and state government relationships to AAPM (American Academy of Peptide Medicine).

Gov. Ricardo Rossello
Former Governor of Puerto Rico
The 11th Governor of Puerto Rico, with a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Michigan. A scientist and statesman bridging biomedical research and executive policy, bringing scientifically informed leadership to the American Academy of Peptide Medicine's (AAPM) Government Advisory Board.

Lee Rosebush, PharmD, JD, MBA
Chairman & Chief Pharmacy Officer · Chairman of Outsourcing Facilities Association
Chairman of the Outsourcing Facilities Association and one of the nation's foremost authorities on pharmacy law, FDA regulation, and healthcare compliance. A licensed pharmacist and attorney recognized by Chambers USA. Holds a PharmD from Purdue, a JD from Case Western Reserve, and an MBA from Indiana's Kelley School.

Charles “Chuck” Meeker, PhD, JD
Founder & President, Hyagen Medical · Attorney
Founder and President of Hyagen Medical and a practicing attorney with a Ph.D. in cancer biology and biochemistry. He oversees the rigorous vetting and third-party validation of biologic products, drawing on over 12 years developing FDA compliance and intellectual-property strategies. His work helps 503A compounding pharmacies and 503B outsourcing facilities achieve and maintain certified accreditation of compliance.

Michael Boes
Chief MAHA Officer, Steak 'n Shake
Chief MAHA Officer at Steak 'n Shake and former Senior Advisor at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services in the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Health. He served as Acting Chief of Staff for the Assistant Secretary for Planning and Evaluation under President Trump and Secretary Kennedy, contributing to federal policy and regulatory efforts on nutrition reform and FDA oversight of regenerative medicine. Holds a master's degree from Southern Methodist University and a bachelor's degree from Texas Christian University.

Board-certified urologist and fellowship-trained men's health specialist who runs one of the country's highest-volume men's health practices. Dr. Tatem's early research included peptide secretagogues years before the current wave of interest, and he has since authored more than 25 peer-reviewed papers on testosterone, peptides and performance medicine. He co-authored the American Urological Association's Core Curriculum on testosterone deficiency and testified before the FDA's Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee. After several years in emergency medicine she moved into surgical services, then returned to school for her MSN as a Family Nurse Practitioner and added a Functional Medicine certification. She practices at Ways2Well, using laboratory data and genetic testing to design a treatment pathway tailored to each patient.
